Описание In this paper, we discuss an application of the method of the Digital Laser Speckle Image Correlation method for studying the aggregation function of platelets in whole blood with the maximum standardization of the pre-analytical and analytical stages of the study. The method with native blood allowed to identify the difference between platelet aggregation activity of volunteers of Siberian population. Materials and images are provided, methods are explained. Correlation analysis of the obtained results showed a high correlation of the proposed technique with the method of Low-Frequency Piezoelectric Tromboelastography.
