Описание The aim of this study was to understand the role of endophytic bacteria in different plants. Bacillus subtilis and Methylobacterium sp. are frequently encountered as endophytes and are common in soil and plant. In our study, we have inoculated those bacteria in Pisum sativum and Phaseolus vulgaris to check their ability to promote growth and reduce heavy-metal toxicity in specific conditions. Our results have shown that the endophytic bacteria can promote the photosynthetic capacity in plants. Also it can play an important role in understanding the heavy metals uptake mechanism by plants and their resistance to heavy metals. © 2021 Author(s).
