The factors and conditions of the territorial organization of international corporations, leading to the achievement of cross-country rationalization, are considered. It is shown that the principles of allocation of direct investment by multinational corporations abroad defined the overall strategy of the firm, particularly its internal organization. The basic conceptual model of the spread of oligopolistic structures. The general trend of transformation of organizational structures of large corporations in order to improve the competitive position on the market by achieving economic benefits associated with the expansion of production scale. The features of the parish and the promotion of TNCs in the Russian market.
