In recent decades, global economic and political transformations have significantly changed the priorities of business, government and society. Responsibility to society and the environment has become a key factor in the successful development of companies and economy. The article attempts to address the concept of well-being, which is viewed from the perspective of socio-economic and digital development. The article is devoted to the search for methodological foundations for assessing the factors influencing well-being. As a result, 4 groups of factors and 16 indicators were identified that determine the level of well-being: social, environmental, economic, digital. In the future, the ESG agenda in the frame of digital development is expected to continue to evolve and become an integral part, which can have both positive and negative impacts on human well-being.
