The management of organizations in both developed and developing countries increasingly recognizes not only the importance of digital transformation as a key resource for companies to achieve competitiveness, but also the problem of the heterogeneity of the digital environment. At the same time, it becomes possible to improve the interaction of personnel at various levels, reduce the time intervals for receiving feedback, optimize the functions performed by specialists, as well as shorten the cycle of reviewing and reviewing documentation. Personnel, along with technical support, are the most important conditions for digitalization and contribute to the accumulation of actions for its effective implementation. It is necessary to expand the study of world practices for the implementation of digital transformation, which will allow to consider all factors of influence on human capital to a greater extent. In addition, the most important task is to study the digital transformation in Russian companies and the practices of which countries of the world can be adapted for Russia. The widespread introduction of digital transformation will improve the quality of human capital of companies to a qualitatively new level of development.
